Free shipping

Orders of $35 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.). The $35 minimum applies to the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping.

This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses outside the contiguous U.S., or international destinations. For orders that do not qualify, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Processing and tracking

Non-personalized items generally ship within 1–2 business days. Personalized pillow covers ship in 3 business days. This is our processing time, not a delivery-time guarantee. We will provide a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Customers are responsible for the address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages
