Turn your child's artwork into a pillow cover made to treasure. From colorful flowers to their first family portrait, their masterpiece becomes a meaningful gift for grandparents, parents, and loved ones.

First cover: $37.99 — $22.99 for your cover plus a one-time $15 artwork preparation and proof fee per new design. Additional copies of the same artwork: $22.99 each. Choose “New artwork + proof” once per design, then add extra covers using “Additional copy.” For a reorder, provide the previous order number. New artwork requires a new setup fee.

How to upload your artwork

1. Choose your cover size and artwork option. Enter an artwork label so we can match your file and any additional copies.
2. Under “Upload your artwork photo” above, choose the original file from your phone or computer. Add any cropping or editing notes in “Special instructions.” Then add the cover to your cart and complete checkout. The file stays attached to your ordered cover. Add different drawings separately and give each an artwork label. For additional copies, use the matching label or previous order number.
3. If you cannot upload or your file is larger than 10 MB, email the original to cottonandcrate@gmail.com after checkout, with your order number in the subject. No email is needed if you uploaded successfully.
4. We check your image and email a pillow proof. Review the artwork, placement, and requested edits carefully.
5. We print after you approve your proof.

Please allow 5–7 business days to prepare and ship your order, with prompt submission of usable artwork and prompt responses to your proof. Delays in artwork or approval extend the ship date. Shipping transit time is additional.

Your cover

• Choose a cover to fit an 18 × 18-inch square or 12 × 20-inch lumbar insert.
• One pillow cover only; insert and styling accessories are not included.
• Smooth natural cream/ivory poly/cotton blend with flat printed artwork.
• We preserve the proportions and character of your child's drawing.
• Basic file preparation and a proof are included in the $15 fee. Extensive edits are quoted before proceeding.

For the best photo

Lay the artwork flat and photograph straight from above in bright, indirect daylight. Include all edges and fill most of the photo with the artwork. Upload the original full-resolution image rather than a screenshot. We will contact you if a clearer image is needed. Requested cropping and cleanup will appear in your emailed proof; this page does not provide a live artwork preview.

Your artwork stays yours

We use your uploaded artwork only to fulfill your order and any additional prints you request. We will never sell your artwork or offer products featuring it to anyone else. We will not use it in advertising, social media, or product listings without your permission. Permission to feature your finished pillow never authorizes sales of your artwork to others.

Proof approval and returns

Please review your proof carefully. Once you approve your artwork proof, your custom pillow cover is final sale and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
